Gnowbe is designed for mobile-first microlearning — not built as a desktop LMS and retrofitted for mobile. This matters in Indonesia where employees learn primarily on smartphones. Gnowbe also emphasizes social learning, action-based activities, and cohort engagement — not just video consumption.
Can you produce content in Bahasa Indonesia and English?
Yes. Our Digital Content Studio produces in both languages, and mixed-language learning experiences are common. Cultural localization — not just translation — is built into our production process.
How do you measure the impact of digital learning?
We measure at three levels: engagement (completion, activity, social interaction), capability (pre/post assessment, behavioral application), and business impact (performance KPIs agreed upfront with the client sponsor). Every academy and program includes measurement design from day one.
Do you also provide classroom and blended learning, or only digital?
We design blended learning ecosystems that combine digital (for scale) and classroom/workshop (for depth). The goal is not digital-only — the goal is capability built in the most effective combination for the learning objective.
Can digital learning replace classroom leadership development?
Not replace — but complement. Some leadership development requires high-touch experiences (coaching, simulation, peer work). Other dimensions (foundational knowledge, mindset shifts, reinforcement) are ideal for digital. We design the right blend for your context.
